Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Services
    • The massage therapist will provide on-site chair massages, which are focused on the upper body; including the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. The aim of on-site chair massage is to relieve muscle tension, relax and improve circulation for the client.
    • Specialised massages are not included in this service.
  2. Client Consent
    • By scheduling a massage, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
    • The client acknowledges that they are in good physical health and have no contraindications for massage therapy.
    • If the client has any underlying health conditions or concerns, they must inform the massage therapist prior to the session.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less then 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
  4. Massage Environment
    • The massage therapist will provide a comfortable environment for the session.
    • The client is responsible for ensuring that the massage area is clean and free of any obstructions.
  5. Massage Duration
    • The duration of each session will be agreed at the time of booking. Please note that the consultation and sanitisation of the work area is included in the session.
    • Additional time may be available at an extra charge.
  6. Confidentiality
    • The massage therapist will maintain client confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics.
  7. Liability
    • The massage therapist is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after a massage session.
    • The client assumes full responsibility for their own health and well-being.
  8. Payment
    • Payment for massage services is due at the time of booking.
    • Accepted payment methods include BACS.
  9. Modifications
    • The massage therapist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
    • Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

By scheduling on-site chair massage, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
