Scope of Services

The massage therapist will provide on-site chair massages, which are focused on the upper body; including the neck, shoulders, back, and arms. The aim of on-site chair massage is to relieve muscle tension, relax and improve circulation for the client.

Specialised massages are not included in this service.

Client Consent

By scheduling a massage, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

The client acknowledges that they are in good physical health and have no contraindications for massage therapy.

If the client has any underlying health conditions or concerns, they must inform the massage therapist prior to the session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less then 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Massage Environment

The massage therapist will provide a comfortable environment for the session.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the massage area is clean and free of any obstructions.

Massage Duration

The duration of each session will be agreed at the time of booking. Please note that the consultation and sanitisation of the work area is included in the session.

Additional time may be available at an extra charge.

Confidentiality

The massage therapist will maintain client confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics.

Liability

The massage therapist is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after a massage session.

The client assumes full responsibility for their own health and well-being.

Payment

Payment for massage services is due at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include BACS.

Modifications

The massage therapist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
